About Me
I grew up traveling the United States and Asia as part of a military family. From a young age I loved sports, especially soccer, and started playing as a two year old. Unfortunately, an untimely car accident cut my career short. After years of struggling with chronic pain and being told by doctors that there was nothing wrong, I ended up in a couple graduate degree courses that opened my eyes to the potential mental impacts that had been under the surface.
Empowered with this new information, I decided to turn my attention to sport & performance psychology. I earned my Masters degree at the University of Western States to enter a realm where I can aid individuals in increasing their performance by opening their minds and overcoming the challenges that keep them from reaching their potential.
